This Privacy Policy describes how ArabAnime ("we", "us", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using ArabAnime, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the App:

• Account information. If you sign in, we may collect your email address and a display name through our authentication provider (Firebase Authentication).
• Usage data. Information such as the content you view, watch history, favorites, and in-app preferences, used to personalize your experience.
• Device & technical data. Non-identifying technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs.
• Advertising identifier. The App displays advertisements and accesses your device's resettable Advertising ID (and related ad-request data such as coarse location derived from IP address, and general device characteristics) so that ads can be served, measured, and — where you have consented — personalized.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and content.
• To sync your account, favorites, and watch history across sessions.
• To diagnose technical problems and improve stability and performance.
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

3. Third-Party Services

ArabAnime relies on trusted third-party services that may process limited data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics) — Firebase Privacy & Security
• Google Play Services — Google Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob (advertising) — How Google uses data from AdMob

4. Advertising

ArabAnime is free to use and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial (full-screen), native, and optional rewarded video ads. To serve these ads, Google may process your Advertising ID, approximate location inferred from your IP address, device information, and interactions with ads.

Consent. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time from About → Ad privacy options inside the App. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

Your controls. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time via Settings → Google → Ads, and you can opt out of ad personalization there. You can also review Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising data to identify you personally.

5. Content Disclaimer

ArabAnime does not host video content on its own servers. Media is provided by and streamed from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the content hosted by these external providers, and their use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• With the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10).

8. Children's Privacy

ArabAnime is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within a reasonable time frame.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
